We really enjoyed our stay. It was clean and there was plenty of room for a family of 6. It had everything we needed as far as the kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, and laundry room. The location was nice if you want to hit Mesa Verde and/or Canyons of the Ancients.

Great house on a quiet street. Great value and near the city park. House is larger than it seems in the pictures and had plenty of space for a family of 4. Would stay here again.

It had a large living room. The owner allowed us to bring family to the house to play games and visit. I appreciate the space for our visit. The house was clean and had good pans and dishes so we could provide for my uncles, aunts, and cousins that stopped by. I would recommend to make the stairs a little lower for older guests to enter easier.

We only stayed for 1 night but it was a lovely home in a quiet neighborhood. Everything was clean and well maintained. We were there on the 4th of July so we’re also treated to the fireworks in town and met some neighbors who were all very kind and went out of their way to include us in festivities!

Overall a great house for the price. The only thing I will mention is that the property description said there was a trampoline in the backyard and when we arrived it was broken and unusable, which my kids were disappointed about.
