"Tolle Unterkunft in Mitten der Natur. Ein tolles Restaurant mit wirklich sehr gutem Essen und Personal. Die Zimmer (Zelte) sind sehr süß und bieten alles was man braucht. Man muss aber beachten, dass es kein Hotelzimmer ist, sondern ein Zelt. Es war ein schönes Abenteuer und wir konnten viel Energie tanken. "Our stay was incredible. Desmond, our guide, gave us some incredible sights and we were really lucky to see 4 out of the big 5 alongside various other interesting animals. The reserve is vast and there is plenty to see, the fact that there are various lodges across the reserve means even if you have a fairly quiet hotel, there are plenty of rangers out doing drives which helps your chances of animals being spotted and your ranger making their way there. The accomodation is lovely, a perfect room...

"From the very first moment and the warm welcome this was an unforgettable experience. The lodges, the setting (even the amazing 28km gravel track to get in!), the staff & the food were first class. Top all of that off with an elephant encounter and you have memories that will last a lifetime! The ladies there arranged a half-day guided safari for us at nearby Addo Game Reserve - thoroughly recommend that too."

"The beds were amazing, the breakfast were fabulous - could have more options on the restaurant menu for the main meals but the staff were friendly and very accommodating. The stay was what I was expecting - quiet and peaceful. A small basin in the rooms to clean mugs etc would be nice but not a necessity. "

"The highlight of our holiday to South Africa! A beautiful lodge with comfortable air con and tranquility (and yes a few necessary spiders) but providing the most incredible authentic experience of the wildlife, animals, birds, flora and fauna of this game reserve. "Una experiencia unica. Un final muy feliz de nuestro viaje de 12 dias por ciudad del cabi y la ruta jardin. Un sitio relajante, con personas muy atentas, y unos safaris de tres horas que te conectan con la naturaleza."

"Lovely hotel to stay at when visiting Addo. Rooms are huge and the bathroom is lovely, especially the outdoor shower. Only downside is there is no door so the light comes in as soon as the sun rises. 10-15 min drive to Addo, not much in the local area. Breakfast was good, buffet selection and eggs cooked to order. Nice pool with towels and sunscreen provided which was a nice touch."
