"Absolutely amazing classic shotgun style apartment/duplex in a great location in the Bywater neighborhood. Located on a quiet street, walking distance to great local restaurants, bars and shops. Apartment was clean, comfortable and fully appointed with all necessary amenities. Beds were so comfortable, ceiling fans in each bedroom made for comfortably cool nights. We were able to hang out late and easily walk back when needed. The host was very welcoming and invested in our stay. The only note would be the street noise that you should take into consideration if you're a light sleeper. The noise is not a ding on the owners since it's out of their control, and they provide sound machines in the rooms, which were a huge help. "

"Highly recommend this place and property management company. Everything was spot on with what we expected and perfect for what we were in town for. The rooms were clean, beautiful, and appeared to be newly renovated. Unfortunately the weather didn't treat us quite as good while we were in with a cold front, however, even though it got colder than expected, we still made it work. Would absolutely stay again. "We traveled down for the French Quarter Festival. Management was ahead in communication and made the check in super easy. The location is perfect, and near the city center. We loved the coziness of the room, beds slept great and loved the brick and modern yet nostalgic feel. Genesis was SUPER responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to visit New Orleans and can’t WAIT to visit and stay here again."
