"Amazing and communicative host. Offered beer and even got us almond milk! The space was exactly as described, extremely clean, and had everything we needed. The bed was so comfortable. The area was steps away from restaurants and stores and yet was super quiet at night. Perfect location to get around NOLA. I would 100% stay here again. "

"Beautiful place!! This was a very New Orleans feel. location was everything too! Trolley right out front. Lots of goodies and amenities, and it was spacious and comfy. We loved it so much, and will return on our next visit! Walk to the park and get beignets and coffee when you come! In a safe area also, close enough to Bourbon st but safe and outside the chaos. Gorgeous overall! Amay was a terrific host, always communicated and let us check out late also...highly recommended!!"

"A very spacious room that housed our party of 6 with still extra rooms! A calm neighbor hood that’s close to many location to go eat or nightlife! A/C came in pretty clutch since humidity could kick some butt if not used to it. Only downfall was the dryer did not work during our stay. Overall I had a great experience! Definitely recommend to anyone visiting NOLA. "

Trying to find a hotel or rental property that had 3 King beds and located in a nice NO district was challenging, until we found this beautifully restored “shotgun” house on Tchoupitoulas Street! Located a few blocks from the trolley stop on St Charles, and walking distance from Rouses Grocery Store, it was exactly what we needed. Nearby Pascal Manale’s for fine dining...

"This was our first time in NOLA and for 4 tired texans who had just driven 8 hours this place was great. It has enough space for all of us and our dog. The house was very clean and the beds were incredibly comfy. Great location a short 15 min drive from the convention center,10 min from walmart, and 10 minutes from the french quarter. The comunication with our host ben was also amazing he reached out before, throughout, and after to make sure all of our needs were met."

"Great location and Beautiful place. We felt very safe here. There is a gate and a garage. I appreciated the communication being fast and easy. The only thing I wish was different was having one more bathroom in the downstairs room that holds 4 people. They had to walk up 2 flights of stairs for a shower. Other than that, we were very happy with the place and we would definitely stay there again!"
