A private washroom and very large bedroom space. Good weather permitting, you have access to a charming outdoor sitting area. Having a vehicle for this location is a plus. "Beautiful rural location, quiet, peaceful, and private. Hot tub was clean warm and secluded wonderful view of wild deer roaming property as you soak in hot tub. Easy access to downtown Victoria and all the city has to offer. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Would not hesitate to book this wonderful BnB again.
