"From start to finish, our stay was incredibly smooth and effortless. The host was exceptionally friendly, always prompt, and incredibly helpful with every question we had. The house is perfectly located in a beautiful neighborhood, offering easy access to both the nearby lake and beach. We especially appreciated how clean and tidy the room and the entire house were. "The suite was perfect for us. Everything seemed new and very modern. We were visiting family at Royal Bay and location was perfect. Also very close to many restaurants and shopping. But good to know is that there is no ‘live’ TV. YouTube, Netflix and Prime all worked great on a large TV. Owner was very responsive and easy to contact."
