"It is a ok place to stay for the night"

"The property location was good for the purpose of my visit. However, we needed an earlier check in (By noon), but the room was not available until 2pm or so. For the check out, the hotel room had a reminder back to the door which stated that the checkout was at 12:00 hrs. The housekeeping and front desk, both visit out room and sai the checkout was at 11:00 hrs. During check in and check out, the front desk personnel is required to be gently and served Guest with courtesy and attention,...

"Property was as described with a nice deck for enjoying the evening while grilling you fresh catch or filling up before a day on the water. Good location just a short drive to Venice Marina"

"This Houseboat was extremely convenient and close to the marina. The boat picked us up from our front porch. The owner is very helpful and friendly. Couldn’t ask for more for the price. Will stay again next year. "

"This is our 3rd or 4th time staying at this place. It is consistently good and the host is awesome to work with. We always enjoy getting to see what the marsh/sound brings to our stay. Last time it was a 40lb black drum and sting rays, this time it was an otter and a mink. The road getting there has had work done on it and it is sooo much better. We were pleased overall. "

"Over all the place was nice. Was a few things that needs to be fixed. Kitchen sink faucet spray nozzle is broken and hanging down, which made it difficult to wash dishes. Stove top glass is broken and only has 2 spots to cook. Lighting in bed room was very dim. We did enjoy our stay very much. Was very relaxing. "
