"Michael's cottage is well appointed, quiet, and comfortable. It can sleep four people comfortably, has a full kitchen, in-unit laundry, and tile flooring throughout. Michael allows dogs, and the fully fenced backyard is huge! The attached covered patio is great when it's cool out. My partner and I, as well as our two dogs, enjoyed staying here and treated it like our home for a week while waiting to close on our new home. Michael called me the day of check in to ensure I had found everything...

The Cozy corner was just the place we were looking for in a quiet neighborhood it had all amenities we needed 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms the kitchen was very well equipped and the pool in the back was the icing on the cake it was nice for our outside activities. "My family made great memories here! Located in a quiet neighborhood near the river, this four-bedroom home provides plenty of space for a large group. The pool and yard are spectacular and provide a quiet respite from the city. After ziplining, taking a riverboat cruise, and one night on Bourbon Street, it was nice to retreat to Arabi to nap and relax by the pool. The communication and customer service from Mr. Landry and his family is top-notch!"
