"This place served its purpose for us during our stay in alexandria. It was centrally located to all the things we wanted to do.However,The layout of the apartment is rather odd. The bathroom is in the kitchen. And despite 3 large "no smoking" signs, the interior smelled strongly of cigarettes. 1 star for the colony of cats outside."

"Enjoyed our stay! I liked that there was an alarm. We came in late at night, the area looked a little sketchy at night, had a better view in the daytime, all was good. The location is close to all the stores you could possibly need. The water pressure was less than stellar, especially if you have thick curly hair, lol. The beds were comfortable, but some of the sheets had stains. Over all a pleasant stay, I would stay again. Thank you!!"

"This unit was perfect for my stay in Alexandria. I was visiting my Dad in the hospital nearby and this unit had everything I needed. It rained while I was there and that made this unit a bright spot to land each day. The washer/dryer were perfect for the small loads I needed during my stay. "There were housekeeping issues for us, not terrible, but ants on kitchen counter, they disappeared once we wiped counter down with cleaning wipes. Hair on chairs, chairs were heavily soiled, showers needed to be cleaned as well. Nice space, water in back is beautiful. "Day one the refrigerator don’t work, day two the washer flooded the bathroom/bedroom floor. The landlord said he sent someone by, I don’t risk trying to use the washer again so I’m not sure he ever showed up. I asked for more towels and he said I would have to put the ones I had in a trash bag outside to get new ones. I never did, I just dried them and used them. I also think the landlord uses AI to manage the property. Responses seem computer generated. Area is not great either. "

"Do not fall for this. It’s a dangerous high crime area. These people would not help me after I told them we felt uncomfortable and unsafe in this home. Furthermore, they started ignoring me after I had tried to explain I needed to try to get a refund. I honestly do not trust vRBO any longer because they allowed this place on their listing.
