"Michelle offered me and my partner an amazing place to stay during our short stay in Kingston. Directions were incredibly clear, check-in was straightforward, the king-sized bed was wonderful, and breakfast with a view was a daily highlight. I would highly recommend Neita’s Nest to anyone staying in Kingston for a few days!"

"Phenomenal stay over Xmas! The beautifully manicured compound is spectacular, the house staff is superb, and the food was absolutely delicious. "The Management shows little concern for the reality of their guest’s experiences. We left the property this morning after a four day stay. During the stay, we informed them each day that TV didn’t work. They apologized, but NEVER repaired or mitigated the situation. I booked out room as an individual using a mobility scooter. Despite having a ramp onto the deck, there was no ramp into the hotel, and no grab bars in the restroom, despite management’s assertion and advertisement that the property of handicap friendly. I complained daily, and while the staff constantly apologized, the supervisors and management simply didn’t seem to care. I will NEVER stay at this property again, nor would I EVER let anyone that I care about stay there. There are neighboring options."
