"Building is amazing perched on the hillside and the staff were lovely."

"They didn't have laundry services, which I think would be a good basic addition. Everything great otherwise! Definitely get the rooms facing the north west out over the valley."

"Sterling Darjeeling is a great place to stay for a trip to the area. The location is much better than anything close to the mall. You can avoid all the traffic and noise of central Darjeeling. Views of the valley and surround mountains are great. The staff is very helpful. If you’re traveling from the airport, you will get to the property much faster (hours) than any place close to the mall because of all the traffic even though it’s only a few kilometers away. I would highly recommend Sterling...

"Great"

"Nice"

"El ambiente es de total relajación, hay poco personal capacitado, a pesar de pertenecer a la cadena Taj no hay un estándar en calidad de servicio. Les falta atención al cliente y no servir té en bolsitas cuando se está en una plantación de té "

"Limited"

"Thank you staff of Ging tea house for making my dad’s birthday a very memorable and a special one . He came back home happy and relaxed. The food , the rooms , the staff were very helpful."

"The staff were great. The location was perfect and close to main Darjeeling mall. The floors in the room and multiple junctions in the lobby area are uneven which may cause discomfort and extra attention especially for elderly people."

"Family friendlly, Delicious Breakfast"

"YKC Farms and Villa is an excellent resort for a relaxing getaway. We had a wonderful stay there. Nestled within the peaceful Sanyasi Tea Estate, the resort offers a serene and tranquil environment that made our stay incredibly rejuvenating. What truly sets this place apart is the warmth and attentiveness of its staff. They went above and beyond to personalize our experience and catered to our every need with genuine care. Even in the middle of the night, Rohit would answer our calls and...

"The staff are amazing. Incredibly helpful and kind. Nothing is too much trouble and they have made our onward travel much easier with their suggestions and organisation. We took the top floor room and the views were fabulous. They do warn that the stairs take some fitness which is true, but I never had to carry my own bag."

"Good service levels"

"It is an excellent place to stay if you are not looking for a classical style "Hotel". It has a very warm and ready-to-please Staff - only 8 of them to manage all ten rooms. It is a heritage Property with all the quaintness and old-world charm in terms of the building and furnishings etc. It has a feeling of a large Homestay with very personalised Service. Recently renovated and therefore still needs some "De-bugging" I would recommend it if you are looking for a warm and stay"
