"The grounds were beautiful! The tents were spaced out, but not so far that they didn't give a community feel. My boys really enjoyed the river access. It was shallow and easy to get to. Everything was well maintained and the grounds were very clean! I definitely recommend this place. It was an awesome experience."

"We stayed here while attending the Earl Scruggs Music Festival at TIEC. It was a good value, especially compared to the on site options. It is a short distance to TIEC, but it is a drive, not a walk, which wasn't a problem. The room was clean and well stocked with everything we needed, and the A/C worked well. "Thank you Carmen for a wonderful place to stay. We were very comfortable and cozy surrounded by all the country charm. Great outdoor space to just hang out. Never knew I'd like watching TV outside so much! Our maltese loved the space and began feeling quite at home. This is a great space for kids too.
