"The Jackson River Estate was the perfect getaway for our 2025 Family Reunion. The estate is very spacious and provides magnificent views. There is river access but the water is cold. The pool and slide were a big hit! Cole’s Point (beach), the humpback bridge and waterfall were super close and great excursions. This location is great for families that like to be outdoors…hiking, fishing, kayaking…Check-in/out was super easy. Although we heard there might have been a bear, there was no sighting....

"Cottage is as advertised plus more. Location was smack in the of attractions and restaurants. When asking questions the reply is quick. Cottage was clean and fully stocked. This was our first VRBO where coffee, sugar and cream was supplied so it was one less thing to pack for our trip. Bed was comfortable with enough blankets to bake under (we had to remove one of the comforter). If you forget any toiletries dont worry they have a basket of commonly used items. "Mi experiencia con este hotel no fue tan buena, en la publicación para uno hacer la reserva dice que se aceptan animales, hice la reserva por tres días, estuve viajando por 6 horas cuando llegué al hotel me dicen que no se aceptan gatos, cuando específicamente dice se aceptan animales, la señora me dice que aceptan solo perros, de hay me puse molesta por que en el anuncio tienen que ser más específicos. De hay me tuvieron como una hora hablaron con la manager y me dejaron entrar, las habitaciones huelen demasiado a perro! Y la piscina estaba súper súper sucia."
