"Everything was perfect. I've never seen a VRBO rental that was so thoughtfully and completely appointed. There was seemingly no detail, no matter how small, that escaped Gary and Pamela's attention. For example, they supplied umbrellas and a first aid kit (not that we needed it). We regularly rent via VRBO and I can say without exaggeration, I've never seen hosts that sought to think of everything a guest might need and still seek feedback on how to improve further! Great experience!"

"This apartment is in the heart of Hot Springs with easy access to shops and the Homestead. Everything is walkable! Parking on-site or on the street was easy. The rooms were spacious and furnished well. The kitchen has a range, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, and dishwasher. The apartment is ont he back of the building with a view to the mountain and the creek. Very quiet."

"This was our groups first stay at this property and we were not disappointed! The communication with the host, Ryan, was excellent, the cabin was stocked with everything we needed, the beds were very comfortable and the view was spectacular. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the rocking chairs, looking at the mountains. The hot tub and fire pit were an added bonus that we enjoyed very much. "This was a last-minute stay. It was an excellent choice though. The house was great! It was clean, easy to find and parking was no problem. It was a little more than I was wanting to pay but it was well worth it. Communication was no problem. She responded fast and was so helpful with what I needed. Lastly, but the most important (in my opinion) are the beds. They were nice and comfortable. There were only 2 of us that stayed so I can only vouch for 2 of the bedrooms. We will stay again. "

"A better experience than we could ever have hoped for. The house and location are gorgeous with lots of deer sightings. The kitchen had just about everything we needed to prepare all our meals. We stayed for a week and still didn’t manage to take advantage of all the amenities offered (fireplace, outdoor fire pit, boardgames, etc.). Located extremely close to the northern end of Lake Moomaw and the Hidden Valley Recreation Area. The gate on the front porch allowed our pup to enjoy the sunrises...

"Honestly couldn’t ask for a better place. Quiet place only about 20 minutes from downtown Covington, and within 40 minutes of several outdoor spots. Everything was super clean, everything in the cottage worked well, and the wifi was fast. Perfect spot for a secluded get away but with amenities and privacy you can’t find at a campground. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend."

"We recently spent 3 nights at the Tower View apartment--an upgrade offered by the owner, as the Stream View apartment occupant wished to extend his stay. What a lovely apartment it is! The Sam Snead Tavern (which will reopen on May 15) is next door and the LCDO (French cuisine) restaurant and the Jackson River Cafe are on either side of the apartment.
