"酒店位於果松滑雪服務中心側，十分方便。職員Seven對工作熱誠、主動，值得一讚！可是酒店提供的自助早餐比較差，食物種類太少，很多食物都不熱又不凍，如豆漿、中式包點、炒米粉等，很難接受。晚餐只希望客人吃自助餐，但食物都是冷冷的，吃剩了又不會添加的。廚房不願意煮，只勸你吃自助餐，後來要酒店職員幫忙，煮房才願意煮⋯"

"This hotel has very nice rooms. If just rating on the room it would get a 5 rating for sure. Also, it is right at a race track which was very cool. One issue is that the entrance is hard for taxi driver to find if they have never been there before. Also, the front desk don't seem equiped well for foreigners. The wifi intructions were not in any other language and there was no directions provided about how to get to the breakfast room (which this place was not easy to find at all). This...

"From all the places I have been to in China, this place just stands out on top. The staff were super helpful, and everyone I talked to there could speak English. Here I want to make a special mention of Sunny and Evan at reception. They went out of their way to help us with rebooking our room, and to know more about the area and activities. The rooms are spacious and well kept, the food great, specially the buffet at night. The hotel and grounds are super beautiful, the waterfall pool...

Vistas hermosas, excelente ubicación

"Excelente estancia! Personal muy amable, vistas espectaculares, ubicación excelente en la zona financiera. Nuestra habitación en el piso 78 fue inmejorable! Pasamos un gran fin de semana en familia. Muchas gracias a todo el personal del hotel por hacer de nuestra estancia algo súper especial! Festejamos aniversario y además de habitación con hermosas vistas nos llevaron un bouquet de flores muy lindo. El buffet también muy bien servido! Sin duda, podría regresar a este hotel! "
