"Hotel was being worked on(which was fine). Our room looked into a service area which was quite a mess and could be cleaned up a bit. Rooms could be serviced towels changed, bins emptied, tea coffee replenished more frequently Everything else was good. Breakfast excellent. Rooms clean and large. "Love the location, rooms are beautiful and setting is idyllic. The only thing I could say is you have a designated bathroom for each room and our bathroom kept being used by other people staying in the property. Men who don’t clean up after themselves! The room key doesn’t lock the bathroom and all the other bathrooms were being used too for bathroom and showers never a dry/clean bathroom in the morning but not all rooms were occupied so I think both the other guest were just using any tbh not a...
