"Cute condo directly on the beach and close to Rincon, Aguadilla and Gozalandia.Really couldn’t ask for a better central spot. The ocean view was beautiful and it was nice sitting on the steps and feeling the ocean spray. The week we were there, the tides were really high so there wasn’t really any “sit on the beach” and relax opportunities or even swimable times. The manager was extremely helpful and responsive when I had questions and sent us a great list of recommendations. "Beautiful as described in perfect location. However several management company concerns. 1) We did not the detailed email on where and how to get into the place. After a long drive from SJ we had a stressful and long delay getting in. 2) The AC in main room leaked water so we turned it off. 3) The remotes for the TVs did not work."

Property managers were friendly and responded quickly to any and all communications.The two twin beds pushed together to form a larger bed is not ideal but it also did not detract from the overall experience.The pool was clean and comfortable. "Staying at Villa Bella was the best choice of our trip. A 5 min walk to Maria's surfing break with several other breaks very close by. Rentals available right at the water for reasonable rates. The surfing is great for beginners when the report says 2-3', great for intermediates at 3-5' and above that, great for those who really know what they're doing. "This was our home for a wonderful 2 weeks on the west side of Puerto Rico. The host was great communicating with us, as was the local contact who checked in with us via text. Although we didn’t have any questions or needs, we felt assured if we did need anything we had a contact. The property was clean, comfortable, well stocked and had everything we needed.
