"This is our second stay in this unit and it was as lovely as last time. You are met by Berto who shows you around and gives you all the information you need. There is direct access to the beach and beach chairs and towels are provided. The patio and grill are wonderful for outside use. The water at the direct beach is very shallow and while not good for swimming it is great for small children and snorkeling. The beach for swimming is a short walk down the beach. We will definitely return."

"We were heading out for a cruise and needed someplace reasonable to stay and we came across this listing. What a great find. You can tell the studio was recently updated. It was immaculate, had a kitchen area, comfortable bedding and the bathroom was also spotless. Karla was great with communication and was helpful in getting us in a lttle earlier than scheduled check in as our flight landed early in the AM. "

"Super nice host and help explain how the complex works. Beach towels and chair were available to use which was a plus. Loved that the beach was right in front which made going back and forth from the condo easy. Power did go out for a little bit but did not last long. Would suggest to owner to invest in a dehumidifier as it felt muggy at times even with AC "

"This property was absolutely beautiful and made our stay in Puerto Rico perfect. It was totally spotless, well decorated, a gorgeous view, and a safe, gated location. It was incredibly spacious with a lovely balcony and a great kitchen to cook meals in. Less than 10 minutes drive to Luquillo Beach and other attractions. We will definitely book this again for our trip next year. We were so sad to leave. I highly recommend staying here!!"

"Had a great time staying at Malbu beachfront condo. It had 3 bedrooms which we required, 2 bathrooms, a large living room with 2 couches and a kitchen table and a fully stocked kitchen that had everything for preparing your own meals. The balcony was large and had lots of seating so everyone could sit outside in the evening to listen to the waves off the beach. The beach was right in front of you and we basically had it to ourselves for the 6 nights we stayed. The host was awesome, she answered...
