Our apartment was in a safe neighborhood, easy to access, clean and had all the amenities needed. Great communication with our host, Ethan. He responded promptly and provided helpful feedback about the property and suggestions about beaches, restaurants, grocery stores etc. Loved that we were able to walk to a lot of restaurants and to the beach. Some of our favorite restaurants in walking distance were Panaderia España, Los Pinos, and Los Chamos Arepas. We enjoyed walking to Isla Verde Beach, Carolina Beach and if you have a car, drive 20 minutes east to Playa Piñones. It’s a beachside neighborhood with many street food vendors to choose from. Highly recommend!

It’s a great location in Isla Verde walkable to a ton of places, but my favorite is the Panaderia Espanola. The space was updated recently and looks great. We were pumped for the pool, but I wish it was noted that there were multiple long term renters also in the space, some with an infant. We were told to leave the pool in the middle of the afternoon because it was the babies nap time. Not a huge deal if we would’ve known in advance so we can plan around it or pick another place.

Had a great birthday trip at this property! The photos are very accurate, and the space itself is comfortable and spacious, and gave us some of the best sleep we’ve had in a while. The kitchen has modern appliances, fully stocked with cookware and pantry staples, extra towels, hangers, plus beach chairs and pool access made things really convenient. We also loved having a washer/ dryer, individual A/C controls, blackout curtains, Wi-Fi, and easy street parking.The location is fantastic — safe, quiet, and within walking distance to the beach and plenty of excellent dining options. (Pro tip: don’t miss España Panadería nearby!) The host was extremely responsive, helpful, and made check-in and check-out seamless with clear instructions.A couple of small areas to note: toiletries and extra blankets weren’t provided, so it’s worth bringing your own if you need them. Overall, we really enjoyed the stay. It’s a great property in a perfect location, and the hospitality was excellent!

We had a great time staying at this location. The lock for the apartment door was a little wonky but we figured out how to use it after day one. The apartment was cute and cozy with modern appliances which we loved. Just in case you need to do some laundry detergent was there (even though we brought our own.) Dishwasher detergent was also there and an extra trash bag. Water was left for us in the fridge which we appreciated and we replaced with new water when we checked out.We encountered a little problem, and the host was super responsive and very apologetic. Super convenient to the Panaderia where you can get breakfast, lunch, and dinner just down the block. My sister and I travelling alone felt totally safe in the area, we walked to the 24hr supermarket around 1am with no issues at all.I think the only area where we struggled dialy was the shower for both bathrooms. Water seems to leak out from the bottom of the glass. So much water would leak out that the mats left would remain drenched. No matter how fast of a shower out how close you remained under the shower head water would still leak out. Also maybe adding a shower bench or soap dish to the master shared bathroom. There was no place to put your soap and no place to prop up you leg if you need to shave.

Prior to our arrival, Aaron and I had established communication, and he consistently demonstrated politeness, attentiveness, and responsiveness. He facilitated an early check-in, accommodating our flight's arrival. Upon our arrival, he greeted us at the property and remained accessible. The property's condition aligned with the provided imagery; however, we observed that a thorough cleaning was overdue, as evidenced by grout stains in the showers and unclean bathroom surfaces. The power outage on our final night prompted responsive communication from Aaron. I recommend replacing the flashlight, as it was unreliable. The lanterns provided adequate illumination for navigating the apartment. Guests should anticipate a cold shower if the power is out, as this affects the availability of hot water. Overall, the experience was positive, and I would consider a return visit.

Warmest Seat in the Island!

We had an outstanding stay at this place. From pre-check‑in to check‑out, the communication was flawless—every question answered within minutes, communicatedWith important information that may have impacted our stay and updated me when all clear! Once inside, it was evident this host is meticulous: the kitchen was stocked with full dishware, cookware, and even spices; bathroom had the most amazing bidet attachment and an extra roll of everything. There were clear instructions, a smart‑TV with login help, fast Wi‑Fi, even a iPad for the fan (app) use! Everything worked perfectly and was clean—beds, linens, appliances—are regularly maintained. The host anticipated every need before we even had it and made the space feel welcoming, relaxing, and truly cared for.Even stocked the fridge with fresh case of drinking water for our consumption.We left feeling grateful and comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again on our next visit—and couldn’t recommend it more highly.I will say if you’re looking for a resort style neighborhood or Fairmont ritz don’t be surprised, this is literally the way Puerto Rico homes are and the neighborhood was extremely peaceful and safe, as well as being so closeIn proximity to the beach, airport and other places we were visiting.

Family PR trip

This stay was our last location prior to heading home. It was an easy check in and check out. Felt safe, awesome paneria with in walking distance. If I could give some advise, the king size mattress needs to be replaced was not comfortable.

House was perfect for our quick “mom trip”. Location was perfect, 2 blocks from a restaurant that had authentic Puerto Rican food and about an 8 minute walk from the beach. Highly recommend and will be back!

This was a perfect location, especially since we rented a car. We were able to go and explorer, three fourths of the island. This was my first experience with RVBO and ethan was in constant communication, and all of the other tenants were friendly and high helpful!

This was a great stay. The host was very prompt to all my questions. The place was clean and was able to walk to all the places we planned to go. Comfortable house, perfect location!

Spacious, clean condo located only 10 minutes walking distance from some beautiful Atlantic beaches. Hosts always replied quickly and were very accommodating. Had a great time!
