"The property owner did a fantastic job decorating the condo, thought of everything one would need while there, and the communication with her before our trip was wonderful. Condo is spacious and was perfect for my husband and myself. The condo is very clean, which is important to me. The area is so relaxing. The beach was clean and beautiful. We had a great view of the beach from the balcony, which we used every day while we were there. We would definitely go back to the condo!!"

"Phenomenal experience. This property is absolutely beautiful. Clean. The screened in porch with doors that open to create an indoor-outdoor living experience was amazing. The property is around others, but well spaced out and with the trees and nature, it feels secluded. The golf cart…AMAZING!!!! This made traveling around the island to the beach, golf, etc sooooo easy. Property managers were quick to respond if we needed anything and made sure we had a great stay. "This home is so lovely and clean! Another reviewer said the bed was comfy and I would definitely agree with that. You can actually see the water from the little patio which I didn't realize from the pictures, so that was a nice little surprise. The beach was so quiet and peaceful, and we saw lots of wildlife - crabs, alligators, turtles, plenty of pretty conchs (but make sure they aren't inhabited). The buildings aren't marked the greatest if you are coming in at night so double check your map....

"The layout of the house was great for our group of three families of 5 adults and 5 children under the age of 10. The kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and dishes! Unfortunately, we could not use the beautiful gas grill because the inside was caked with grease. Fantastic proximity to the beach! It's just a very short walk across the street. House was located very close to other Fripp amenities like pools, restaurants, playground, etc."
