Indoor-Outdoor Living!
Phenomenal experience. This property is absolutely beautiful. Clean. The screened in porch with doors that open to create an indoor-outdoor living experience was amazing. The property is around others, but well spaced out and with the trees and nature, it feels secluded. The golf cart…AMAZING!!!! This made traveling around the island to the beach, golf, etc sooooo easy. Property managers were quick to respond if we needed anything and made sure we had a great stay. I wouldn’t have wanted to stay at any other place on the island! Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Exceptional Rental
This is a beautiful home with lovely decor. All of the appliances are modern and work perfectly. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils and pots and pan that are nice and match each other. The home is quiet and comfortable and on a nice street with a lovely view of marshes and a comfortable porch with rocking chairs to enjoy the view. The hosts were very helpful and welcomed us to their home with a nice note and a complimentary bottle of Prosecco! This is the best rental in our three years of visiting Fripp Island. Highly recommended. 5 stars!!

Our host, Kyle Holland was very helpful. Their home was beautiful, very comfortable and well appointed. The golf cart was a surprise and made scooting around the Island a lot of fun. we will look forward to a return trip. Thank you.

Wonderful on all levels
By far our new favorite property on Fripp. Kyle was a wonderful host. Awesome communication and super friendly. The house is magnificent. Very clean, the best cookware of any rental we’ve stayed in. We were fortunate to have the opportunity to check in early, which gave us more time on the island. I had issue with the Keurig and the on-island properly attendee was super quick to respond and helped fix the issue. Super comfy beds, the back porch was our favorite spot. We have a 4 year old and he loved the cabinet with puzzles and how close were were to the playground. The area is super quite and it was great for him to be able to ride his bike without fear of cars. They even have beach toys and chairs that aren’t all rusted. We never took ours out of the car. I’m a clean fanatic and having the outdoor shower area downstairs to rinse feet before coming into house was perfect! We have friends that have a house on the island and we could save ALOT of money from booking fees plus amenity cards and are choosing to stay a upcoming second time for the reasons I’ve listed above. This is a huge testimony to how much we enjoyed our stay. We did have the slowest golf cart, as in other carts would pass us; but that wasn’t on Kyle. I think we got a dud from the island cart rental that came with our stay. We are bringing my parents back this next trip and are excited to give them a great vacation! Kudos to winning us over! Thank you for being great hosts!

Amazing property! Very quiet location. Definitely lives up to the name “southern charmer.” All the amenities you need and more. Will definitely book this property again!
