Very nice property. Really big rooms. Plenty of room for kids. Host was very nice and helpful, also very responsive. The water fixtures were a little dated/shower was hard to use and get hot water. All-in all a good overall experience and would recommend this property to anyone that is searching. Thanks !

Nice house in quiet neighborhood, close to major freeways and restaurants. Ideal for family gathering. We did not use the pool, given it is winter, but was forced by app to give a pool rating. Owner very responsive to questions. Would stay here again.

1. The feature to message the owner was not made available until after the deposit was made. We had questions regarding smoking outside. After the deposit was made my inquiries went unanswered for a month before I realized I never received a response within the app. Once I called, the 800 number rep, sent a very generic response stating no smoking allowed. And came well after we could receive a 100% refund. Upon arriving at the rental, we found cigarette burns in the patio furniture and old cigarettes in the driveway. We were unable to use the patio 2. There were very poor home instructions left for guests. The rules consisted of a Word doc in a frame on a wall. In which we missed because we entered through the back of the house, until maintenance showed up to show us how to use the showers. Issues with turning on the a/c. We all own homes and struggled with these new features which were nice but would have been great to be instructed on how to use.3. One of the house rules is to wash all towels during departure. Well apparently the cleaning team is not checking for stains in the towels before drying and putting away for the next guests. A few of the towels had stains and we had to rewash. Also, the amenities included towels, however it was noted that there would be 5 guests but there were only 4 face towels. Exposed wires in living room. Issues with wall outlets either none working or need to be replaced. Old worn toilet seats and unclean(maybe from sitting water)

Great location for a family retreat. Beautiful home, everything you need (except bring some extra ice). Rating the pool a 3/5 for poor landscaping and generally worn out. You will also need to bring your own chairs for outside. Has a smart TV with huge sectional that everyone can be seated on and a great pool table which were fun. If you want to host a nice dinner, the dining room is nice.

Dallas Weekend

Property was just as described. It met our needs for a quick get away to Dallas Area. 6 Adults and a 4,5,and 6 year old. The pool was a hit. The landscaping around the pool could have been better trimmed, but we were there to sleep, eat, and swim. We were in town for The Lion King downtown and we visited Ft Worth Stock yards, so it was a good in between area and easy access to highways. We would stay again.

Description of property not as stated

Property was not move in condition as stated as in description. Not exquisite by any means. It took several hours of contacting Vrbo before the property manager finally got in touch with me. House was dirty, hasn’t been updated or given any tlc in a long time. Would not recommend this location.

It was a great home and gave so much room. Didn't know it was gonna be an issue with someone going outside with a blanket on. She was not outside two minutes, just seeing how the neighborhood looks but other than that it was it was good

Great location for Baylor Scott & White

We were in Plano for a family members open heart surgery. It was an easy walk from the house to the hospital. There were lots of restaurants close by. The house manger was responsive when we contacted him because we couldn’t figure out the Nest thermostats and there were about two hangers per room. He sent over hangers and a YouTube video on the thermostats.On the downside the house needs a deep cleaning, decorating, and some TLC. Pool furniture would be a nice addition as well. While the house worked for our visit, we would have been less satisfied if we were there for a social occasion or family get together.

Girls weekend

We had a great time at this house! We had a small reunion and loved the open kitchen to living room area to hang out. There was plenty of space, and the property was very clean. We did only have 1 washcloth so that was a problem.The dining room table was decorated so nicely that we didn’t feel we could use it, but not a big deal. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!!

Perfect Place

Went for a tennis trip with 10 women, and we all enjoyed our stay. Communication with the owners was amazing. The house is as described on the listing. The location of the home is perfect for dining, shopping, and of course the tennis courts. Thank you!

Nice House

Nice house and nice neighborhood. Only 3 complaints. Had to swim with the vacuum left in the pool because we were told not to move it. The queen bed upstairs made noise and everytime someone moved on it. The air was kept on 77 or higher which made it hot inside the house.
