My favorite place to stay in Dallas

I’ve stayed in this adorable home on 4 separate occasions and it feels like home. Close to everything you need, perfectly furnished with everything you need and as a single woman traveling alone, I always feel very safe. Wonderful neighbors!

My favorite place to stay!

I have stayed here, 4 times and loved it. I am a woman and stay alone and feel extremely safe. Home is spotless, comfortable and perfectly located near everything you need. I can’t recommend this property highly enough. Would be great for a family as well.

Not the best cleaning

It’s an older home that was remodeled, it’s smaller square footage than in pictures. They have a ton of bugs and when contacted they tried to educate me on the bugs but there was more than 10 daily flying into our food, drinks, on my baby. Saw a spider on the bed, the cleaning was not up to par, there was still hair everywhere! They came to fumigate but it didn’t work, there was a ton of them I took pictures. They brought a cleaning lady who somewhat cleaned when the place needed a deep cleaning so I had to go out of my way to wash all sheets with Clorox which I had to purchase along with other cleaning products. The tv in master bedrooms volume goes in and out it works when it wants too. Would not recommend.

Not the expectation for the price

Check in didn’t go well with no record of the Access Code, in email or Guest Hub, by the time we showed up which was after the designated check in time. After getting in contact for the access code, we ventured inside as the first impression was a very cute and clean environment. After a few minutes of exploring the home, there were plenty of flying huge mosquito looking bugs. These bugs were EVERYWHERE we turned, in every room including bathrooms and showers. Don’t mind extra company, just not the bug type. There was also drills and tools left on the kitchen counters as it looked like there was some maintenance being completed before our arrival, which we soon found out that included the water heater pilot was off with no hot water for the first chance to take a shower. I was able to get the pilot reset and started after a few minutes of the discovery luckily without having to wait for any maintenance person to show up. After the first hour or so of feeling everything out to working order and exterminating as many bugs as possible with accepting there was not eradication of them, things went very nice, other than a throw blanket missing for a nice convenience. The home was small and quaint and met the family’s needs but not the expectation for the price. Although it wasn’t near the bang for my buck I expected, I wouldn’t mind staying here again at a much more discounted price.

Love this house!

I stayed in this house for 3 weeks and it felt like home. It has everything you look for. Very comfortable and host was wonderful. I highly recommend this home away from home.

Precious house!

This home was so comfortable, quiet and beautifully decorated. Had everything needed. Comfortable bed, perfect pillows, great water pressure in shower.. all the boxes were checked! I will definitely be staying here again. Super close to HEB, Target, Kroger and all the fast food places you could imagine.
