Fabulous Cape Cod Home

Six members of my family stayed in this lovely Cotuit home for four nights/five days, and we all hope to return. This vacation house has everything. All of us rode bikes to The Loop Beach, we had a big game of corn hole in the evening, and the huge screened-in porch is heavenly. High marks for the lovely outdoor shower. Two oversized washer/dryers and two coffee pots. Hazzah! Loved it.

Celebrating 20+ summers in Cotuit

As an extended family- TX, ME, PA and MA we have been summering in Cotuit for over 20 yrs. First time in this property although saw it often on walks during previous stays. Everything we hoped! Gorgeous screen porch, great spot for long family meals, easy access to beaches ! Great stay . thank you

Picturesque stay

Check-in was easy. The neighborhood was very quaint and safe. I was able to walk my dog at all times of day. The walk to the beach was about 15 min and, sadly, dogs are not allowed on the beach this time of year or else it would have been perfect. The screened porch was our favorite feature and we spent most of the days and nights out there. My only complaint is that the comforters didn't have covers on them and it was unclear when they were last washed. But it wasn't a big deal as they had 2 sets of washer and dryers downstairs so we threw them in for a quick wash. Overall, would definitely stay again.

Excellent Cape Cod Vacation Home

This property and owners were great. Property description was accurate and home is well laid out and clean & modern. We enjoy the location and used the nice extras available like bikes which we used often and the kayaks. Beach parking pass was great too for Barnstable beaches. Instructions and home information were laid out clearly and owner Carolyn was helpful with minor troubleshooting before and while on-site. Neighborhood is on quiet street and highly recommend. Felt very nice and comfortable in this home.

Family gathering

Our stay on Pine Ridge Road was perfect for our family gathering. The location is awesome-easy walk to the beach, the country store and the legendary Kettle Ho! Plenty of space for everyone and of course we loved the porch!

Perfect!

We loved this property! The screened in porch is perfect for summer nights. The bikes were such a great addition as the house is in a nice quiet neighborhood. The house is fully stocked and comes with a beach pass. We loved everything about it. Highly recommend for both adults and kids.

Wonderful Cape Cod

Very responsive hosts. Lovely home, perfect for 2 families, with room for 4 children/teenagers. Very well equipped kitchen for making meals. Perfectly manicured exterior. Centrepiece is the large screened deck where we spent all of our time. Will return.

A perfect Cape Code getaway

This was the perfect Cape Cod home for our group of five women doing a cycling trip. The house was large, clean, well appointed, and comfortable for our stay. The screen porch was delightful and the outdoor shower heavenly after our day of riding in 90plus degree temps. The room AC units kept things comfortable and by evening the porch was delightful with the overhead fan. We loved morning walks around the neighborhood admiring the lovely homes and walked to the beach (chairs and towels nicely provided) for a late afternoon siesta. Truly everything is provided and well organized. Carolyn is readily available for any questions. Loved our stay.

Cute house in a Lovely town

The property had lovely landscaping, an amazing, huge outdoor shower, beautiful large screened in porch and a very well equipped kitchen. Everything you would need to cook at home. The little neighborhood grocery store just down the road was adorable and had great food so we went there several times. Very charming and old school vibe. The kids loved to use the nice bikes available to bike around the quiet little neighborhood. We really enjoyed the nearby shopping center Mashpee Commons. It has great shops, restaurants and entertainment. Check in was quick and easy. The only drawback was the upstairs bedrooms had a musty smell when we arrived for the first night until we aired them out. I am super sensitive to smells and get headaches if there is mildew or mustiness. I know it come with the area near the ocean but It did keep me awake the first night. I presume the house had not been opened up recently so once we cracked the windows the smell dissipated overnight. That was my only complaint but overall I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!
