"My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay at the beautiful property. There were 12 of us and we were extremely comfortable, with plenty of space to gather and sleep. The property sits on a quiet pond, that was perfect for swimming and canoeing. We had our own little piece of paradise. There are canoes for use, several decks for lounging and was within a short distance to various shops and a grocery store just a few minutes away. "We rented the Mermaid house for a long weekend and loved the view!! Our semi private beach (shared with the other rental) was perfect. The owners dog was the star of the show! He is the cutest guy and got along with the two pups we had in our group. Great communication with Joycelyn and would recommend anyone to stay there. "

"Our family had a lovely stay at this Harwichport beach house. The interior was spacious and easily accommodated our family of four plus our dog. We had fun using the yard for outdoor games, used the grill to make dinner, and enjoyed making s'mores over the firepit. The house is an easy walk to the beach and the downtown shops are also within walking distance. We hope to return in 2026!"

"Kitchen could use a k cup coffee maker and large frying pan. Light bulb on microwave was out. Clock on stove was broken and the stove said hot surface even when it was never turned. Upstairs toilet kept running. Basement carpet had some stains. All just minor things that need attention. Overall really loved the place. Hope to come back next year!"

"This was our second time staying here. The area is beautiful, the rental feels very homey with a good kitchen! My only critique would be that the bed in the first floor master should be replaced. "
