"The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We felt they were willing to help out whenever it was needed and always with a smile. The room was lovely with a large walk in shower. It had just been renovated. The breakfast was delicious and I really liked that we could choose alternatives to the full English. We had lunch there with some friends and it was very nice. "Quirky old building, so, some steep staircases. Unfortunately we arrived whilst they were doing some renovations, so, not everything was available. But the continental breakfast was good the next morning. The rooms were ok, we were lucky to get a river view (for free, if booked in advance that costs extra) quite a small twin room, en suite bathroom. Sadly no air con, we did have a small fan and left the patio doors open overnight. The bathroom was ok, the duty manager said they are all being...

"Todo en general bien, salvo que, aunque el personal de recepción no fueron groseros, si les falta ser mas “amigables” con los turistas extranjeros. Esto no significa que no hayan sido amables pero si les falta este tipo de detalles que te hacen sentir bienvenido. Lo que es excelente es la cena en el restaurante del hotel, simplemente exquisita.
