"Tuvimos una excelente estadía en este Airbnb. El lugar estaba en excelentes condiciones, tal como se mostraba en las fotos y en la descripción de la aplicación. Todo estaba muy limpio, organizado y bien cuidado. Además, el lugar era muy tranquilo, lo que hizo que pudiéramos disfrutar y descansar durante nuestra estadía . Sin duda, fue una muy buena experiencia y volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí. ¡Lo recomendamos!"

"Great unit & perfect location. Beautiful view of the marina side & wildlife (osprey, manatee, herons, etc). Quick 5-10 minute walk to the beach on the Gulf side. Pool & hot tub right next to the unit building. Plenty of parking & 10-15 minute walk to downtown bars & restaurants. Host was very responsive & generous. Highly recommend!"

"Perfect place for a couple! The king bed and bedding are high quality and very comfortable. The pillows are amazing! I even had to use the Murphy bed one night because my husband snores. Also had high quality bedding. The smart TVs were awesome so we could watch FIFA games in the later afternoon. I do laundry at the end of every day at the beach so it was nice having the washer and dryer. There is an elevator but we didn’t use it. Easy one flight up to the unit. "Die Wohnung entspricht nur teilweise den Fotos im Inserat. Die Einrichtung ist merklich in die Jahre gekommen und das Bett bietet mässigen Komfort. Die Belüftung im Schlafzimmer ist unzureichend; der Deckenventilator im Wohnzimmer schafft hier kaum Abhilfe, weshalb die Wohnung etwas muffig riecht. Für den Ventilator auf dem Balkon fehlte die Remot-Control. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit – alles war sehr gründlich gereinigt. Auch die Poolanlage und die ruhige Lage haben uns gefallen...

"We were told that there were quite a few things included in the stay that we quickly found out were broken. We bought food to put in the fridge (that the listing said the unit had) only to find out it was frozen over and covered in mold. We alerted the host of this and he only responded that he could call housekeeping. He never responded to our issue of losing the food we purchased. There was also a beach umbrella in the unit that was completely broken so we were forced to rent one for the week....

"We had a great stay!! The condo was nice and clean when we arrived. They also, left some snacks and wine for our Anniversary which was very nice. It’s also very easy access to the beach and the Bay area is just beautiful and peaceful. A great location to the restaurants within walking distance. I would recommend this place for future visits!"

"The location of the condo is 10 out of 10. The views and beach access cannot be beat. We enjoyed the space and appreciated the small but functional kitchen. We even found some beach supplies and an umbrella in the closet! This is a very great space and location. We will be back!"
