The host was accommodating and quick to respond. The ocean view was amazing! It’s right on the water, seclusive but close to everything. The condo was beautiful! Only thing is the elevator wasn’t working so we had to haul food, coolers, luggage, etc up several flights of stairs. That said, we plan to stay in that gem again!

Stunning views! Condo was spavious, clean, and relaxing. It's got private access to the beach, and you can sit on the balcony and enjoy the view and ocean sounds. Everything looks brand new... it was remodeled within the last year or so, and it still looks pristine. We didn't want to leave! We will definitely be back. The elevator was out of order, but that didn't impact our stay at all. It's but their fault the hurricane affected it last year. They are working on fixing it, but double check this before you stay, if you need it for health reasons. Host was responsive, and I got a response back fairly quickly most of the time (had to wait a little bit on Saturday, but the host has a life too, and it WAS a Saturday). Met the cleaning lady, Shelly, as we were leaving, and she was really nice. 5*s all around

another amazing stay!

Our third stay at this complex, second in the 3rd floor condo. There is so much space! We absolutely love the tile showers and of course, the view! The view is amazing and this time of year I worried we would have other factors preventing the beach, so I knew at the very least, we would get to spend time looking at it. Appliances have been upgraded since our last stay and everything worked well. The beds were very comfortable. The location is perfect, close enough to walk to restaurants, circle k and the souvenir shop. The beach out front of the condo is great, and it's right in between Stump Pass and Blind Pass. This year, we had beach chairs specifically for our condo inside the front entryway, and they were really nice and comfy too! We consider Manasota Key and this condo complex our special place, and we will be back.

Unit was spacious. Location was good, beach not too crowded and we found lots of shark teeth and enjoyed the beach.. Especially liked seeing the numerous marked turtle nests. Kitchen was clean and mostly well-equipped. We were super disappointed in the condition of the condo. It needs a lot of attention and replacement of much of the furniture and other items. Sofa, dining chairs, and bar stools were all in very bad condition. Even the 7- and 11-year old boys refused to sit on the stained sofa until it was covered with a sheet. Mattresses were mushy. Drapes were a joke. So many maintenance items unaddressed. Manager offered us a refund after our arrival but I expect he knew we'd be unable to find a suitable alternative at the last minute. It was especially frustrating not to have any bath soap or shampoo provided. Ice maker was empty when we arrived so we assumed it was broken, but apparently it was turned on immediately before our arrival--so no quantity of ice until the next day. I've seen better toilet paper in gas station restrooms and nicer flatware in school cafeterias. There are a handful of nice touches--good pots, for example--but for the most part the property needs to have money spent on upgrades and maintenance. On another note, we booked through Orbitz and had a never-resolved problem with the interface through VRBO which caused a lot of communication issues.

Great Experience!

We read this impressive beachfront home with private elevator for our family needs to stay and enjoy our grandchildren. The property was very well-maintained. The views were awesome. Beach was clean and not crowded. This property Would definitely be at the top of our list if we in the area. Five Stars

Lovely overall stay. Would recommend a few things fir a better stay next time: - more washcloths - hooks in master bath for towels - fix lights- a lot of the bulbs were burnt out or flickered. - smart tv or a how to guide for operating the satellite tv

Fabulous Condo and Great Host

We absolutely loved this condo on a private beach. The condo is very large with multiple balconies and a direct view of the sunset over the gulf. Everything we needed was included and the condo was very clean when we got there. The host was quickly responsive to every e-mail. Our only challenge was locating the correct door for the condo, but once we got in the elevator (yes, there's an elevator!), it was very clear. Highly recommended and we will be staying again. Thanks for this amazing property.
