"From the time that I made the booking, questions before we came, while we were there and before we left Kathy and Mike were very responsive to every question or inquiry. The unit was great, all the amenities, and so great to able to walk to the beach which we took advantage of several times. Plenty of things to do even in the winter in the area. Comfortable rooms and beds. Highly recommend the property. "

"As you approach the property you see an unkept yard with broken down vehicles. Our luxury studio had large trash cans in front and 2 rusty boats. Our view from the room faced a cluttered backyard with a rusty tractor, railroad tracks, then the beautiful lake. We walked around the studios to try to get to the lake abd found more broken down vehicles and more non landscaped land. Behind our slay bed was a wall of spider webs. While laying in the bed you can hear everything your neighbor does in...
