Spring Break Visit
Everything was as described. Parking was no problem and the views were amazing. Kitchen had all the amenities that we needed. Enjoyed games, movies and exploring the beach. Our host was extremely helpful when we discovered items had been left behind! Thank you for sharing your beautiful spot!

Ocean view
The views from the house were wonderful. The home was clean. The owner has a manual that goes into intricate detail of ALL the dos and the do NOTS. You aren’t aware of how many rules there are until your stepping into the house. I understand that you have to have detailed instructions for some people. The owner asked us detailed questions on when we would arrive and when we would depart but failed to tell us that there was an ant issue in the kitchen. He had it sprayed prior to our arrival but did not make us aware of the issue. We set our food on the counter not seeing any signs until later when we went to get food out for breakfast and had ants in our food. We had to throw it all away. Our biggest issue was the beach access. You’re lead to believe that you have easy beach accessibility but they leave out the last 6 feet to the beach is climbing down a ladder. Not being able to have easy beach access was the hardest issue to deal with since that was the reason for renting this property. We only rented the first floor. The upstairs was rented out to another party.

Very nice place by the sea
This condo is a thought-out and well-appointed space right by the ocean. We were comfortable there and would stay again. Even thorugh the closed windows, you heard a quiet roar of the breakers. The property manager was easily accessible to deal with unforeseen issues upon access, and he dealt with it promptly. That's the only reason for the 4-stars; othewise, it'd have been a 5-star stay. We'd book it again.

The first floor
My husband & I stayed on the first floor of this beautiful home. It was the perfect size for the two of us & had all the things we needed for a comfortable stay. Two small-ish downsides to only renting the first floor: You are at the mercy of whoever is staying above you in terms of noise & parking. And the shared hallway door to the garage does not have a lock on the first floor. Neither of these things are such major drawbacks that we wouldn’t rent again. Just next time we will plan to rent the whole house & bring our parents out for a little vacation.
