The Space:

#StayInMyDistrict NorthBend Duplex This cozy, single-level duplex in North Bend is conveniently located near shopping, dining and local attractions. Featuring comfortable furnishings and stylish design, it was thoughtfully created with guests comfort in mind! The perfect home away from home while enjoying all that Northbend and the coastal area has to offer.

The living area features additional seating, and a flat-screen Smart TV equipped with Roku for streaming. Relax and enjoy an evening catching up on your favorite shows or reading a book!

Eating in is simple with the efficient, compact kitchen, complete with plenty of utensils, cookware, and dishes. It features full-size stainless appliances for preparing full meals, as well as a dishwasher for easy cleanup. The kitchen comes stocked with a microwave, coffee maker, and small appliances for your convenience. An adjacent dining area includes a table with seating for six.

The first bedroom offers a King bed with high-quality linens and pillows, closet space, a dresser for personal items, nightstands, and bedside lamps.

The second bedroom features a Queen bed with high-quality linens and pillows, closet space for personal items, nightstands, and bedside lamps.

A Pack 'n Play is available on-site. Please let us know in advance if you would like us to set it up for your stay.

The full bathroom includes shower/bathtub combination, perfect for relaxing in a warm bath if desired! Essentials are provided for your convenience, including quality linens, paper products, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hairdryer.

An in-unit washer and dryer are available on-site.

The large shared yard features soft grass, ideal for outdoor games and relaxing with family and friends. Guests can also enjoy comfortable outdoor seating and a BBQ grill for cooking your favorite meals.

FREE STREET parking is available in front of the duplex, along with driveway parking for one vehicle.

The Neighborhood:

Our Home is located in the town of North Bend, Oregon. North Bend is located on the Southern Oregon Coast, with the entrance to the town being the famous McCullough Memorial Bridge. With access to the ocean, dunes, three lakes, and the Elliott State Forest, it is an outdoor adventurer’s dream. Bird watching, kayaking, water skiing, fishing, hiking, canoeing, boating, swimming, off-roading, and camping are among the many activities has to offer. Explore, adventure, and experience this one-of-a-kind convergence of nature. Nearby cities include Hauser, Winchester Bay, Reedsport, Gardiner, Lakeside, and Coos Bay.

This small town’s strategic location on the Coast reflects Oregon’s diverse terrain. Visitors of North Bend can experience all of the amazing things the Pacific Northwest offers in one place. The small downtown area is full of diverse restaurants, shops, bars, and entertainment! For those seeking outdoor adventure, Lakeside might just have it all: the beautiful bay, large forests, and close proximity to the ocean. There’s enough to fill months, let alone a weekend getaway. Close out the day with a sunset picnic dinner on the beach, then tent or RV camp nearby and get ready for the next day’s adventure.

This small, unique fishing community is known for its charming downtown area, endless fishing, friendly merchants, lush state parks, beautiful beaches and a distinctly charismatic local community.

Getting Around:

A car is highly recommended, but not necessary. Everything is convenient to the home including grocery stores and restaurants. If you are from out of state, we suggest flying into Eugene and making your way down the coast.



Other Things to Note:

We are happy to share our vacation home with others and hope that you will enjoy it as much as we do! We also appreciate when guests treat it like they would their own! There is a complete list of instructions at the home including WI-Fi passwords and check out details.

~This property does NOT accept pets of any kind. Unauthorized pets brought into the property will result in a $250 penalty.

~ You must be over the age of 25 to rent any of our properties.

~ No additional guests and visitors/guests that are not registered on the reservation booking are allowed to be on the property after 10pm.

~ Smoking anywhere on the property will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit plus can result in additional fees up to $500 for smoke removal.

~ Housekeeping is required and provided every 15 days for an additional charge on all stays over 15 nights.

PET POLICY

We are happy to welcome your well behaved, and house trained dog into our home! We do NOT accept Cats due to allergies. There is an additional pet fee of $50 per pet, as per my listing details. We will go ahead and request the fee via an alteration request after the booking is confirmed. Please accept ASAP to confirm authorization.

Please also be aware of our pet policy:

-Pets should not be left unattended at the property inside or outdoors. We do have kennels available on request for an additional fee.

-Please pick up after your pets in outdoor areas immediately.

-Pets are NOT allowed on furnishings or linens. Evidence of pets on furnishings or linens will result in additional cleaning fees to guest.

-Pet fee accounts for additional cleaning and normal wear & tear due to hosting pets. Pet fee does NOT cover damage or additional cleaning above and beyond reasonable

We do not live on site but are readily available via text, phone or email. We also have a local property manager available for emergencies.
