"Location is less than desirable. House is as described and shown in pictures, but due to layout of house, location of couch to TV was awkward and no one could go in or leave one bedroom if footrests were up on couch. Good for one night stay passing through."

Tim was super communicative throughout, and the check-in and check-out was a breeze (special props for not requiring any chores during check-out). The home was truly a sanctuary, and if we'd visited in a warmer timeframe, we'd have ONLY hung out in the sun room.
