"el hotel necesita una actualizacion, es un edificio moderno pero necesita mucho mantenimiento, da la impresion que han hecho renovaciones pero parciales (rodapie es antiguo). Las toallas de muy mala calidad, viejas para un hotel de esta categoria. El desayuno un sinfin de opciones. El hotel deberia implementar un sistema para que los huespedes no reserven las hamacas de la playa durante horas por la mañana sin estar presentes"

"Fabulous! I had a pool access room and it was great to avoid the crowd at the main pool. I did go to the beach twice which was nice, but I preferred the quiet. Staff was helpful and did a great job. The area around the hotel is great - tons of places to eat, get massages, etc. I plan on returning the same time next year!"

"Llegamos al rededor de las 9 de la noche y la recepcionista (Nathip) fue muy agresiva y no nos quería dejar entrar si no le enseñamos la reservación en el celular. Ni siquiera pregunto por nuestros nombres. Decía que no podíamos estar aquí y que no había campo. Al final, vio que si teníamos reservación y nos dio la llave sin mayor explicación sobre las facilidades y amenidades del hotel. Fue muy desagradable. "The hotel was busy but because of the number of pools available, it never felt overwhelming. Breakfast was good. The room was clean and all staff were friendly and helpful. There are good restaurants nearby and the beach is just a few minutes walk."
