"The hotel needs renovacion...the rooms are stinky, the mainpool closed because of renovacion, as well the breakfast room. Full of chinese people....we booked Deluxe room and we had a room with view to the backside of the hotel and the kitchen. The next day we where complaining because this was not what we payed and expected and they changed us to Hive Hotel - the same stars but a loooooot better!"

"A really lovely place to stay. The lady and her husband were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. The room was spotless. Breakfast was fantastic. The hotel is out of the town so you’ll need a taxi everywhere. They do hire motorbikes for a small amount. The Jungle Huts are really lovely and are a great place to stay. "

They had requested my arrival time and the room was ready on our arrival at 12.30 which was great as this was well before their normal check in time. The room was clean. We found the bed very hard but requested a mattress topper to soften it the next morning and it was immediately done which we appreciated. It made a big difference to our sleep quality. "This hotel is more of an annex to the Bhandari hotel. It’s nice quiet and clean traditional old Thai style not on the beach but near. A walk up to the Main Street has some very good restaurants and a few sporadic bars. Next resort up is better for me more central. But if you want peace and quiet by a pool and a chilled night then you can’t go far wrong"
