"Reservamos la villa con piscina privada y estuvo muy bien. El personal muy amable y nos dieron un late check out el dia de salida. El hotel solamente tiene un restaurante que es un poco caro pero a 5-6 minutos caminando por la larga playa hay restaurantes con buenas opciones. El hotel es familiar pero es muy tranquilo y en una buena zona a 15 mins de Khao Lak village. Totalmente recomendable"
"Beautiful beach, comfortable bed & good shower, clean & perfect for what we needed. Food was good in the Similan restaurant & breakfast also really good. Staff were friendly & helpful. Was a 400thb taxi ride into bang Niang night market so away from the centre but quiet for us & a short transfer to the pier for the early bird Similan island tour we booked in advance.

Our room had floor to ceiling windows and we could open 3 sides and look into lush nature with a great plunge pool and a fabulous hotel pool.This is stars above anywhere else we stayed in thailand. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und wurden jederzeit sehr zuvorkommend und höflich bedient. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Auch das Frühstücksbuffet ist gigantisch und hat die Note hervorragend verdient. Wir können das Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Einziges Manko: Das Meer ist in Bangsak in der Regenzeit sehr wild und man kann kaum baden. "
"Pros: The hotel facilities are really nice, with an incredibly large pool, very well kept gardens a good breakfast. The beach is very nice and long to walk along.
Cons: the hotel is very big and as a consequence there are also many guests making the breakfast room and beach area very busy - no beach sun beds available after 10 since everyone reserves their sunbed. The restaurants of the hotel are a bit overpriced but there are small restaurants nearby so that should not be a problem.

We even broke a key and it was not a problem. We also stayed one night longer than we booked this was also not a problem.
It is in general really cute the rooms and the pool area are completely enough and it is very quiet so you can really enjoy ur vacation.
