"Great little gem of a place, whether you're RVing or camping. We stayed in the smaller cabins and have absolutely no complaints. Staff was friendly and helpful and the other guests were respectful. They even had events and fun things to do throughout the week... great for families or couples."

"This unit was in a perfect location! We had a great view of the bay, and it was conveniently located near the pool! Having a restaurant right there was a huge bonus and the food and service was great! The condo was spacious and updated. Don was very communicative and helpful. The beds were comfortable! We were less than 15 minutes from Raymond James as well as downtown. I highly recommend renting this unit!"

"Yeah, accommodations weren’t too bad. I mean for staying on the river and stuff that it wasn’t bad at all. The location was The only problem was is we were not informed that we had to bring our own bedsheets and pillows and cases and blankets and towels until the day of like the day we were getting ready to leave to head towards the VRBO that was a little much, especially when we were only staying for one night and it was very nice. I mean it’s very spacious. The furniture was a little outdated...
