"I think that the housekeeping and customer service was great. They went above and beyond to help us out. 4 starts because we had a fire alarm test ignoring Do Not Disturb signs. Also 10:00am is a very inconvenient checkout time. I didn’t realize it was more of a timeshare owned property and I feel there are some negatives that come with that. Positives were a fridge, nearly full kitchen and washer and dryer."

"The condo is in a very quiet area of the resort, offering a very secluded feel. It's very near a parking area, the restaurants, and pools without being noisy. Resort staff are kind and helpful, and very quick to help when asked. Being so close to Hanalei was amazing and I would quickly book a stay here again."

"I stayed at this delightful studio in Princeville for 8 nights while exploring the gorgeous North Shore of Kauai. This was an ideal location: very quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to walk to shops and restaurants in Princeville and a great base for day trips to Hanalei, Ha'ena, and Kilauea. The studio was so comfortable and spacious, with a lovely lanai for relaxing and dining. The bed was very comfortable, and it was a delight to wake to the sound of birdsong. I never used the air...

"The Hanalei Bay Resort is perfect for those who want more of a classic Hawaiian vacation stay. The beautiful grounds and understated buildings are inviting, but not formal. We stayed in a 1 bedroom studio unit which was well appointed, clean and very comfortable. The best part about it was it’s location which was close to the main lobby, pool and the view of the mountains was amazing!"
