"This a a fabulous studio in a great North Shore location! Kimberlee provides all the amenities you need and more, including beach towels, chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and snorkeling equipment! The bed and furniture are very comfortable. The A/C and fans work really well, and the lanai (patio) is a great place to unwind after a long day exploring. Highly recommend!"

"Accurate description of studio apartment. Pool on site and fun. Everything was working. Kept it clean without bugs. Kitchen stocked just enough to handle meals for 4. They had detergent , oil, and salt and pepper there for use. It was a king sized bed, couch, and they had a blow up mattress for use. On first search, I couldn't find bedding other than a thick comforter for the blow up bed, and I also couldn't find how to blow it up, so we just slept on the big bed and the couch. "Very nice condo, clean, comfortable and It had everything we needed (good kitchen, beach and snorkeling gear..) I specially liked to see the trees and views from the balcony as well as the neighbourhood overall. There is a small beach 5-10 mins walk where you can do snorkeling and see some coral and turtles. Things to keep in mind: -the stairs to the bedroom are quite steep. -the parking spot is shared with the condo un front."

"Very nice place, and Princeville is lovely! When planning for meals note that while there is technically everything you need to cook, it is not a full kitchen with an oven or stove. The host was great, quick to respond, and accommodating. We very much enjoyed our stay!"

"The unit is located in the Sandpiper complex. There's a small and a larger parking lot that you will need to hang a permit to park in either. Make sure to park in an unmarked spot or else you will get towed. We didn't really get to check out the pool or grill as we had an issue trying to check in our first day. Luckily, we were able to get a hold of the Host and he refunded us a good amount to make up for the mishap. The unit is on the small side and can only accommodate 2 people. The bed...

"This is a terrific ground level studio unit next to the parking. It is well maintained. The host was very responsive when we had a small issue with the shower head and he replaced it with an amazing unit you will enjoy. Hanalei Bay Resort (HBR) has been a special vacation place for us for nearly 40 years. While the Bali Hai restaurant is not up and running again, they do serve pizza which was pretty good. For some reason the jets in the HBR hot tub were not operating."
