"We had a brief and wonderful stay at the tiny house. Adam is a responsive host at a fantastic location. This tidy, tiny, house had all our family of four needed to end our visit back on the big island. The location felt remote and yet minutes to Hilo’s historic district as well as quick access to the nearby surf break. Gas range and outdoor fireplace under the covered porch made for lovely home cooked and memorable meals. Overall, a gem! "

"The grounds and the view are great, the cabin has been partially restored. It was a very rustic kitchen set-up, but we made it work. Only real problem were ants. They could find a single grain of sugar anywhere.We named the rooster that hangs around there Hei-Hei. "Aloha! This was one of the coolest place me and my boyfriend have ever stayed at. We loved it so much all the nature all the beautiful things to see just being off the grid felt so peaceful and relaxing. Definitely will stay here again. Thank you so much to Dawn! "A truly serene and special place — set on a park-like property surrounded by lush greenery and soothing jungle sounds. The home was spotless, private, and beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches everywhere. The outdoor space was fantastic for relaxing and unwinding. Just a short walk leads to dramatic ocean cliffs — rough, wild, and absolutely breathtaking. Perfect spot to recharge and connect with nature.
