"Rating: 9/10 The condominium was very clean, modern appliances, well stocked and a great location. Very good budget value. Nice pool. Parking lot was a little sketchy looking. The place is close to downtown and the Hilo airport. Almost next door is Wailuku River State Park and close to Lili’oukalani Gardens - they make for scenic runs or hikes. "Marc Nishimoto is such a great guy, if there were any issues it was because of my ignorance; for a simple 2-3 day stay it was perfect for me and my family, if there was any problem, I thought the bath/shower floor was a litttle slippery, but the kitchen was fully stocked, lots of towels, beds good, and an ideal location if you want to check out Kamehmeha Avenue's strip of stores."

"Expedia was the problem for the check-in process. If your travels take you to Hilo, this is the place to stay. It’s on quite possibly the most beautiful neighborhood in Hilo. Beautiful setting and great hosts. There is quite a bit of coqui frogs and it sounds like a frogpocalyose. Lol but after the first night, we slept through it. Truly awesome lodging option!
