"We loved staying here. The view from the deck was amazing, and the house was lovely, clean and spacious. The property is beautiful and we had a very relaxing time here even though it didnt stop raining. The location was great and we were able to explore many of Hilo's attractions. "We stayed for Merrie Monarch and Craft Fair. The home is beautiful. The owners rebuilt from the original home and have added many of their own oersonal touches. The owners live on the first floor. We had the whole second floor, and some other families rented the third floor. There is a full sized kitchen on each floor. Washing machine and dryer are included. The owners have cows, goats, and lambs...and dogs and cats.The view of the farm and Hilo bay cannot be beat. Watching the sunrise every...

"The host is very friendly and communicative, and check in was easy. This is an older building, less glossy than a resort, but the units are large, the location is great, and price is right, including no parking fees which is awesome for Hawaii! The view from the lanais is of town, not the lagoon, but the unit is directly over the koi pond and it was fun watching them. The beds were very comfortable, wifi and AC worked well. We enjoyed our stay. "

It was perfect for me in all ways - fantastic location, nice complex, very clean, lovely lanai, close to a beautiful park for walks/jogs.
