We loved our time at this house. It's a beautiful place and the view is stunning. We had a great time using the kayaks and hot tub and just relaxing. Sitting on the back deck and watching the water was so peaceful. It was a very quiet area which was great, and driving into the center of Rockport didn't take long at all.

We were here on a fishing trip, myself, my son and 2 grandsons we wanted a comfortable house with each having their own bedroom, a nice kitchen and a big deck with a great view to unwind in the evening and this was the perfect place. Hot tub was a nice touch.

Great time with my family

We absolutely loved the kayaking and seeing the bay from the balcony . We were even able to see two sand sharks swimming around in the bay!! We had a few good catches right there off the property fish AND crab.Be Careful w the crab trap tho they were escaping but so much fun. The boys had a good time on the paddle board as well. The Hot tub was great,we enjoyed the different settings. The house was nice and clean down to the detailed TP boats(super cute) check in was a breeze. There unfortunately wasn’t a fish cleaning station as mentioned but nonetheless it didn’t matter. My family had so much fun we booked an extra night!

A coastal oasis

This property was fabulous for our group of 3 adults and 5 children. The kids fished, kayaked, paddle boarded and were kept entertained. The evening breezes felt amazing even in July. I highly recommend the property. It was so beautifully decorated and the floor plan worked perfectly for our group.

One of a Kind Views

This home is much better in person. The location is perfect. Salt Lake is huge and beautiful. The home was very clean and cozy. The views are to die for. We never got tired of sitting on the porch just watching the water and wildlife. Neighbors are friendly. The home is spacious and has plenty of room for all ages. The kitchen is gorgeous and very well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the showers were second to none. The laundry room downstairs is very nicely equipped with a restroom. The morning sunrise is something from a movie. The southern winds are refreshing from any spot around the house and especially the porch area upstairs. The only suggestion I have is to take a foldable table if you plan on eating or cooking outside. The home has plenty of chairs inside and outside. The parking is very nice. Our 2 vehicles were always shaded. If you love fishing, man this is your spot!!! We stayed 4 nights; if I could I would love to stay 7 nights! The A/C is cold and the living room is very spacious. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommended this home.

Comfortable Family Accomodations!

We had a great family vacation in this home. Plenty of rooms/bathrooms, great fishing, and quick drive to the State Aquarium, USS Lexington and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and the view is absolutely amazing!

Fantastic Family Beach Vacay

This place is amazing and perfect for kids. Our group was two families (4 adults, 5 children, ages 6-11). We had a wonderful time and the house and location of it was the highlight. The house is very nice and clean, wonderfully decorated, and beds are extremely comfortable. There are two master suites with king beds and en-suite bathrooms and plenty of sleeping options in the two additional bedrooms. The location on the water was so great that we opted to spend two of our days at the house rather than going to the beach. The water is shallow which is nice when you are concerned about kiddos playing near the edge. There is a little island like area right by the house and the kids spent hours kayaking/paddle boarding back and forth, calling it their island. The views are amazing and you can watch both sunrise and sunset. The breeze cuts down in the mosquitos on the upper deck. We fished and caught crab, redfish, and catfish. We saw dolphins swimming in the lake. I could go on and on about how much fun we had. Additionally, the hosts are so attentive and provide very clear instructions for checking in, facilities, and check out. If you are on the fence, this one is an excellent choice. My kids are already asking when we can go back.

Perfect place for a relaxing vacation

What a beautiful location for a relaxing vacation. The house was the perfect size for 4 adults and 3 teen/tweens. Everyone had their own private spaces (and plenty of hot water) but the shared area was nice and open. It was the deck (and the view) that really brought us all together. The kids spent a lot of time in the hot tub. The owner responded quickly to any questions we had. We were already planning our next vacation before we left. Thanks for a great place for us to spend our time together.

Beautiful home in Rockport

Loved this beautiful home in Rockport. We typical go to Port A but wanted to try a different spot & were not disappointed. This home was very spacious with 4 large rooms, 2 master beds & a big bunk room for kids. The living room has a fantastic view of the bay & a perfect spot to watch the sunrise every morning. The kitchen was fully furnished & had keurig & coffee maker- a necessity for us. We didn’t use the hot tub or kayaks but will definitely rent again & use next time. A great space & great price. Highly recommended!

Perfect for our family of 6!

The property was just as described online and was, honestly, one of the nicest homes we have rented. We always bring our own pillows but the beds were extremely comfortable and the bunks were a bit! We stopped and picked up everything we needed for groceries and thoroughly enjoyed fresh shrimp and steak dinners on the deck and at the dining table. Our boys were able to catch (some) fish from the property, which made them extremely happy! We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and close(ish) proximity to fishing piers, restaurants, and shops. We also made the short trek to Port Aransas and took a ferry to spend a day at the beach. Do note that the dishwasher doesn’t do a spectacular job so hand washing dishes may be your best option.

Fantastic Property for a Fun Girlfriend Getaway

This property was lovely. Not only was everything updated, fresh, and inviting, it had everything we needed. The space was decorated beautifully. We loved the views of salt lake. We appreciated the privacy of the property. Bring your folding chairs to sunbathe near the water. The attention to detail was very appreciated and we look forward to a future trip.

Family Group March 2023

We had a party of 3 couples and this property was perfect! Everything was as promised, plenty of room to relax, super clean, quiet, great view that is right on the lake, and the deck was fantastic! We didn't use the kayaks, but took advantage of the hot tub and outdoor grill to cook the fish we caught. Super close to Fulton/downtown Rockport (we did the Oysterfest) and Port Aransas where we spent a day exploring. We would definitely stay at this property again...and are looking at other properties they have in other towns because they were so responsive and helpful.

peaceful stay

Really nice property in a quiet neighborhood with a great view. The setup of the house is very nice we loved sitting out on the balcony in the morning and the hot tub was very nice in the evenings. We cooked every night we stayed. It was a great kitchen to cook and eat in. Great place to stay with your family! The communication with property manager was excellent

Fabulous Waterfront Property

Awesome, clean and spacious property on the water. Had everything we needed for our stay. We travel to the area at least twice per year and we will definitely be back to this spot. Great communication with the hosts. Fishing off the property was a plus...my son caught both red fish and trout. Thank you!

Great Waterfront Home

This place was great. Space for everyone, VERY clean, great layout with beautiful views of the water. Kids enjoyed kayaking and paddle boarding. The location was only 7 minutes to Rockport Beach and shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this spot.
