"We stayed at this property almost 3 weeks while visiting family in Corpus and it was terrific. Management Company was great, any issues were handled quickly and pleasantly. The pool was great for our 9 and 12 yr old grandchildren. Kitchen was well stocked, washer and dryer in unit was convenient, beds were comfortable, unit was very clean. We would definitely stay here again."

"We had a wonderful couple of days even though the weather wasn’t cooperating! The townhome fit our needs and the pool etc. was added fun. I only wish the kitchen had been better equipped (ie silver ware, plastic bowls/lids, liquid dish soap, paper towels) and maybe extra bath towels."

"This was our third visit to Village by the Beach w/ Padre Escapes. Our unit was just as stated, clean and ready for us. There was plenty of space for grandma, grandpa, mom, dad and 2 boys 13 and 9.Pools were great and we loved being so close to the beach.We had a small hiccup when we got locked out of the condo, but with a couple of phone calls, since it was Sunday night we had a response in about 15 minutes and all was good.We can't wait for our next trip!"

"The location was close to the beach and was perfect for a couple or small family. The heated pool was nice and the property was quiet. Only complaint would be that the bed was not comfortable, for us. I could only get about 4 hours of sleep before my back pain would wake me up. Full disclosure, I am in my early 40's and do have back issues, but I can normally get about 6-7 hours a night before it bothers me."
