Daughters Quince Gathering

Absolutely loved this property and the host were very accomidating to our needs and stay request. We had all thequipment to make a feast for the family. This made for a very memorable 15th bday for my daughter and we will definitely stay again.

This property was very close to the beach, clean and well stocked with necessary essentials. The beds and pillows were comfy and Jim is very responsive to inquiries via text. Although the weather was a bit too chilly to partake, the heated pool was still a nice feature of the property.

Great stay!

We were in town for a sad occasion however this VRBO was the perfect fit for our family. It was spacious and well appointed. The beds were comfortable and the location convenient for our needs. The pool area was a nice bonus for hanging out in the evening in comfortable Adirondack chairs. Would highly recommend .

Lovely Beach House

We enjoyed our stay! Our kids loved having their own bathrooms and the pool. It was nice to have a larger yard for our dogs. We love that you can walk to a great sushi restaurant too.

Lovely house close to the beach

We had a wonderful time the few days we stayed. It was nice having a full house to stretch out with multiple bathrooms to use as well as a kitchen. Tastefully decorated and well equipped for guests.

Second time staying here!

Really enjoy this condo for our summer vacations! Kitchen has everything you might need. Two bedrooms upstairs are very comfy. I love the location - very easy to get to. This year there was another family in the condo next to ours and we never heard them through the wall! Communication with the owner and property manager was very fast. Will stay there again, I’m sure.

I was so impressed by how clean it was at our place! Loved that there was cooking and cleaning items for us! Everything was pretty much provided by Jim and Veronica. I would definitely recommend it! My kids absolutely loved the “beach house”

One of the best!

My family and I booked this house for an overnight stay after visiting Whitecap beach. It was a short 1 1/2 miles away. The house was beautiful, spacious, had adequate parking and in a great location. Out of the houses I’ve booked in the last 3 years in Corpus this was definitely one of the best! We will be booking again!

Comfy stay, peaceful getaway

Very clean, very comfortable, nice layout, nicely stocked essentials. Did not use the BBQ, although there is one in the backyard area. Great location to restaurants and stores. Right behind is a fantastic restaurant with delicious food and friendly staff. Keyless door lock snafu with incorrect number. They immediately responded. The beds were very comfy. Nice to have own bathroom with each bedroom.

The pictures are old. The living room sofa and two chairs turned out to be dirty and worn. The unit has a major bug problem in the kitchen and dining area. After reporting, we were told the unit had been treated prior to our arrival. We declined to have further treatment due to more chemical exposure. We discovered bugs in the dishwasher and other areas as the days went by. These two older men put up with this. If the wives were with us, we would have left the property promptly. We asked for a discount to the rental amount, but the owner declined. A few other issues were handled by the property manager. A surprise was the $300 deposit not listed with VRBO

Birthday weekend

Beautiful condo, very clean, lovely property and the outdoor area was great and weather was perfect. The only reason I gave a 3 star on accuracy of description was because it stated a heated pool, the pool was not heated and the hot tub was even colder.
