"This is a lovely house. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Grill worked perfectly. Showers are fantastic - pressure and temperature. Stairs and under house porch are well lit at night - very important as i had a visually impaired family member with me. Table and island are big and ideal for family meals. Sofas and beds are super comfy. Extra floor fans in every room make for refreshing sleep. Only thing to consider (not a deal breaker by any means) is the third bedroom with the bunk twin...

"We were not able to unlock the outside door to get in. There was a lock-box, apparently with a key inside, but the code we were given did not work. Called property manager several times with no response. This was very frustrating. Finally a neighbor came outside with a key and unlocked the door. We had to leave that door unlocked the entire stay as we had no key to get back in. House was clean and comfortable."

"We had good instructions to get into our bungalow and settle in on our own with access to everything on the property. So close to town so it was easy to go eat dinner and come back to relax on our porch and watch the sun set. So awesome to have a dog park on the property and be extremly pet friendly. Thank you for making our weekend so care free."

"Booked on a whim for place in Rockport. My first VRBO booking. Accommodations are clean, well appointed and comfortable. Nice outdoor area for visiting with friends. Beware of goathead/sandburs , but that is any sandy coastal Texas area. Did not receive check in instructions, but feel this was a miscommunication between VRBO booking and owner, and me being a first time user of VRBO. Fortunately our friends had, they are arrived first. Elliott was very communicative once I reached him. Liked it...

"Loved our stay here! Beautiful property with lots of room. Very conveniently located close to beach, town, gas station. If you get a cart you can take that where ever you need to go. I also like having assigned parking spaces. It was just a great stay overall. The pool is really nice as well. Book it. You won’t regret it "
