Family Vacation

This property was everything we needed for a family reunion. A quick 5 minute walk to the beach, the kids loved the pool and playground, and plenty of sleeping areas and bathrooms. We will be back!

3 night Family trip in June

We were on a family trip with 7 adults, we were all comfortable, and enjoyed the pool and close walk to the beach. Location was wonderful, host was guick to answer questions. Would definitely recommend to friends.

We liked the location.Disappointed in a condo with possibly to hold 10 had 2 towel/1 washcloth per bathroom. But we managed with the washer/dryer in the condo

Great location, misleading descriptions

The location is fantastic, Robert and Kelly were wonderful. The stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and living room TV don’t work properly. The water and ice maker don’t work. The pots and pans would not be accepted at Goodwill. The place is only surface clean. You are NOT allowed to open any windows or face a fine.. Cockroaches are a problem. The hosts were great and very responsive.

Family getaway

Loved the communication with the owner, property is perfect for families. Beach is with walking distance but also has pool when the littles are done with the sand. Close to market and a variety restaurants. Location was perfect!

Easy beach access

You can walk to the beach in about 15 minutes. Easy drive to some favorite food places like the distinctive, cute coffee shop built from shipping containers. Nice king beds with cotton sheets. Comfy sofas downstairs. The linens for the downstairs bunks were nicely packed in a bag that would keep excited kids from getting the beds sandy immediately. Grandkids loved the pirate ship playscape. It was too cold to be in the water, but having the third bathroom and shower downstairs by the door would help contain the inevitable mess of sand and wet gear. I found Robert to be very responsive.

Family gathering

Nice place, convenient location

Nice place to say overall. The bed rooms actually have king size beds not Queens as stated. The convenience to the beach and the pool were excellent.

Great spot for beach getaway!

This was a great spot! There was 6 adults, 2 dogs and no children…the rooms were clean and all bathrooms had a shower, which was so helpful! Kitchen had just about everything we needed to cook meals, plenty of bath and beach towels and parking was good! The location was literally around the block from the beach and easy access!! Definitely will stay here again.

Great Family Location

This place was great for our family of four, especially with having young children, as the pool was almost directly outside the back door, which made it really convenient with kids. The place was exactly as pictured/described in the details, no complaints as it was plenty of room and stocked well enough for our Family. The beach was just a short walk away from the property, which was part of us choosing this place knowing we could get to the beachside easily. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying here again.

Cozy and Quiet

We loved our stay here, and will be booking again our next beach trip! It was so close to the beach, and right next to the pool and even when the pool was busy you didn’t hear any noise inside! The host was very quick to respond and went above and beyond to meet any needs we had! We were very pleased!
