"Perfectly setup and located beach condo at Pacific Beach. Listing was as described, comfy beds, well appointed kitchen and plenty of beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas and boogie boards. Plenty of restaurants across the street and like a 2min walk to the sand. Property mgr was highly responsive and helpful. Unit had two covered reserved parking spots to use behind a locked gate. I would happily stay here again."

"This kitchen was fully stocked with everything you’d need and everyone enjoyed the hot tub and pool at the end of each day. It was clean and Paul was very quick to respond with any questions we had. It is a beautiful home with very comfortable beds. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and close to everything we had planned. "

"Joseph hosted us during our vacation to San Diego to attend a high school graduation with 7 kiddos ranging from 7 to 14. He was so helpful getting us checked in and teaching me how to take care of the house and pool. We had plenty of space for the family and amazing views! We’re looking forward to coming back! A big thanks to Joseph and his hospitality!"
