"Property was in a great location… could walk to hiking, park, creek in backyard. We loved the town events: pizza and music in the park, brunch at the Merc, Apartment was new and tastefully done, well-equipped. Perfect mountain experience. Hosts could not have been nicer. We’ll be back."

"La ubicacion algo alejada de la ciudad pero conveniente para subir a Pikes Peak. Bonita decoracion y ropa de cama de buena calidad. Tiene un hot tub muy comodo y buenos lugares para desayunar cerca. Todo excelente, solo sepan que no tiene lobby y el check in es por telefono. Definitivamente volveria si paso por la zona. "

"Cozy suite"

"This is a basement with high toddler traffic above you. Area clean but old, stains on couch where you would sit. Poor lighting outside. We decided to just drive home rather than stay the night If looking for something very basic, probably would work."

"Amazing view. Clean and cute!"

"The caboose was so charming and cute. It had everything we needed for our stay. Kimmy was very helpful and responsive! We would stay here again and recommend it!"

"My family and I had a great stay. The property was very clean and a great location for our needs to move our daughter into CSM. Close to the grocery store and downtown Golden as well. The owners were very responsive and helpful. My daughter fell in love with the heated floors and blue tooth speaker in the bathroom which she utilized when she took a shower. My wife and I will be staying again when we come visit."

"The view from this property is obviously amazing, but the little details really made it perfect. Complimentary snacks, s’mores supplies including roasting sticks, an Alexa in every room, stocked kitchen, umbrellas by the door- Jeff thought of everything! It made it so easy to be away from home with young kids. There was also a family of deer and some bunnies running around the property which was the highlight of the trip for my kids!"

"Beautiful, quiet get away. Walking trails close, while also close to downtown. We had a wonderful visit. "

"Great place to stay! Saved us so much money on parking when we visited downtown! Hosts were very kind."

"Nothing, didn't get a copy of my ID so they changed the code on the door so she couldn't my get in. In the middle of the night as well. Then threatened the cops if we didn't my leave right away although all our stuff was still in the room. I was charged for the night even though they changed the code before midnight.. offered ID after I got off work in the morning and was threatened with the cops."

"Room was clean and the property is quiet and staff are friendly. The bakery next door is excellent. Fair price quality accomodation."

"Great communication and ease of check in."

"Cómodo, bien situado y tranquilo. La dueña muy amable y dispuesta a ayudar. "

"The rental did not have a full kitchen, full refrigerator, or access to the yard from inside. However, I should have read the details more carefully. The beds were very comfortable and the rental was a good distance from the activities we wanted to do."

"Great location! Everything we needed :)"
