Highly recommend staying here. Julie was responsive and friendly, and the place was spotless, well appointed, and super peaceful, especially the faint sound of the nearby stream. A great place for some R&R, or hiking and cycling steps away. Loved my stay.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment was well-equipped and met all our needs. The communication from the host was great. It was a great location, between Boulder, CO, and the Rocky Mountain National Park. We would stay again.

Property was in a great location… could walk to hiking, park, creek in backyard. We loved the town events: pizza and music in the park, brunch at the Merc, Apartment was new and tastefully done, well-equipped. Perfect mountain experience. Hosts could not have been nicer. We’ll be back.

I had a most wonderful stay. The hostess was responsive, warm, and kind. She even helped me with a personal car problem, unrelated to the stay. So amazing!

Julie and Matt were fantastic host. The property was beautiful and they were very accommodating to us and out dogs. We can't wait to go back and visit again!

This place does not even feel real. The views are breath taking, the people are amazing, and the host is wonderful. I may have to make this a yearly visit. If I could just become a permanent resident in the vrbo I would!

I can't say enough positive things about the hosts: so friendly and welcoming. The property was in such a peaceful location and the creek behind the house is beautiful. Close to a hike the an old mine and other hikes in the area. We're hoping to go back in the future. Thank you!

Perfect cozy spot for us too stay over the Thanksgiving holiday as our son’s house was full. A quick 5 minute walk between houses and we didn’t miss a thing!

Perfect getaway...

The owners are so lovely. The place was perfect. There is such comfort and tranquility of the place itself but then add the creek, the peace and quiet on the walks and the quaintness of the town, its the perfect getaway.

The listing said sleeps six this property had one king size bed, a queen air mattress, never received the cots. Little to no privacy as we kept getting visited by host family was nice but not needed as we are there to get away. I have been to multiple places and by far this property was the least private. If it was only two people then yes. But I had four kids and two adults which this property is not worth it.

Cozy by the creek

I loved the stay at Julie’s Jamestown hideaway. It was so nice to get away from it all and unwind. Julie and her husband gave amazing recommendations. My dtr and I had a great night at The Merc I will visit Jamestown again.
