The PeakView Guesthouse was incredibly well located and fully stocked with essentials, necessities and even lots of extras. Jeff at the PeakView Guesthouse provided multiples of everything we needed and even a variety of snacks, a s’mores kit, tons of spices and condiments and other things needed for baking and cooking full meals. There were extra fans, space heaters, an air conditioner, games, puzzles, premium TV channels and apps., and so much more. We loved the hammock chairs outside under the deck. I might have to get some for our house. Several seating areas in the yard, patio area and under the deck provided epic unobstructed views of Pike’s Peak and the foreground mountains as well as places to sit quietly to observe the daily wildlife visitors such as numerous birds, mule deer, rock squirrels and a melanistic squirrel (black-only 1 in 10,000-rare). The beds and pillows were so comfortable. You melt right into them. There were “Brown noise” sound generators to help us sleep. The house has Alexa with many easy voice commands to control lights, etc. Plenty of easy parking. Restaurants, shops and so many attractions so close to the house. It is practically inside the Garden of the Gods park. In fact the same rock formations that are in the Garden of the Gods are also in the yard at PeakView. There is a nice big hot tub with big fluffy towels, a firepit table and a big outdoor grill for your use. Communication with Jeff was easy and he answered quickly and positively.*****
