"The best part about this place is its location for sure. It’s right on the beach/trail, with nearby fire pits, volleyball court, and pier. The balboa island ferry is also easily walkable. The house is spacious, kitchen fully stocked, plus 2 parking spaces (note: very narrow and fairly hard to get into however, especially for bigger SUVs). The main downside here keeping it from 5 stars is that the WiFi is not good, especially in the bedroom areas. We were only sometimes able to stream Netflix on...

"Great location Walking distance to shops and the beach, and parking was convenient. One note for dog owners: there aren’t any parks nearby, so your best option is the small beach on 10th Street. Just be aware that dogs are only allowed there before 9am and after 5pm. Not an issue if you’re traveling without pets. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend this spot."
