"The view from the house literally looks like a junk yard - a dumpster filled, garbage bags everywhere, broken glass, sheet metal, broken mirrors - all from a house being built across the street and construction gone wrong. It is noisy from traffic behind the house and a dog barks for 3 hours every morning. The furniture smelled like dog and looked like a dog chewed an arm. "We loved our stay at this waterfront guest cottage! It was lovely and very comfortable and had everything we needed for a three day stay with our dog! Paul and his wife Yulia were great hosts, providing restaurant recommendations and were there if we needed them, but the cottage was very private and we didn't feel like we were staying in someone's house. It was very peaceful and quiet. "

"Nice location (right on the ocean). Employees were all very friendly, and helpful. The dog walk area was a little out of the way. The coffee in the condo was very weak. The television in the living room was very nice. We asked for maintenance to lubricate the sliding door to the patio, and they responded very quickly."
